Lux Events USA | Luxury Weddings & Event Décor
At Lux Events USA, we are dedicated to creating beautiful, memorable celebrations. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our booking policies and terms below.
1. Booking & Payments
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full five (5) calendar days before the event.
Bookings made within five days of the event require full payment upon confirmation. Your event date is not guaranteed until the retainer is received and the booking agreement is accepted.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Payments for custom orders, purchased materials, and completed services are non-refundable.
Any additional refund eligibility will be determined according to the signed booking agreement and applicable law.
3. Rescheduling & Changes
We understand that plans may change. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Lux Events USA.
Changes to event dates, locations, designs, or services may result in additional charges. Custom floral arrangements and specialty orders are subject to availability.
4. Rentals & Damages
All rental items, including backdrops, furniture, draping, arches, and decorative accessories, remain the property of Lux Events USA.
Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items are treated with care during the event. Any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in reasonable repair or replacement charges.
Rental items may not be moved, altered, or dismantled without prior approval.
5. Setup, Breakdown & Venue Requirements
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown.
Any venue restrictions, parking requirements, or special arrangements must be communicated in advance.
Additional labor or service fees may apply if the event requires work beyond the agreed scope.
6. Outdoor Events & Unforeseen Circumstances
Outdoor décor is subject to weather and environmental conditions. Lux Events USA reserves the right to adjust installations when necessary for safety.
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will work with clients to explore suitable
alternatives, subject to the booking agreement and applicable law.
7. Photography & Agreement
Lux Events USA may photograph completed décor installations for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients may request privacy restrictions in writing before their event.
By confirming a booking and accepting our service agreement, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
